CHILD POLICY

5 years old and below, sharing the room with parents, up to a maximum of two children will not be charged extra for the room.
6 – 10 years old shall be charged at half price the adult price and
12 years and above shall be charged at the full adult price.

LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in time is 12:00pm while check-out time is 10:00am.
Late check-out is subject to the following charges:
2 hours extension – 55% of room rate
4 hours extension – 75% of room rate
Beyond 4 hours extension -100% of room rate

CANCELLATION PROCEDURE.

A 60% deposit is required to confirm bookings made outside 45 days before arrival. This deposit is non-refundable but transferable to future bookings.
Bookings made within 45 days before arrival a 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Prices are quoted in US dollars and we reserve the right to change it without prior notice. We accept only US dollars and Uganda shillings only
Payment can be made by direct deposit, bank transfer, online payment, mobile money or cash. Please note that payments by international bank transfers may attract a 5% service charge.

Cancellation, no show fees, or reduction in numbers are subject to the following charges:
45-25 Days’ Notice of cancellation, 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
24-15 Days’ Notice of cancellation, 35% cancellation fee will be charged.
14-8 Days’ Notice of cancellation, 60% cancellation fee will be charged.
7-2 Days’ Notice of cancellation, 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
1-0 Days’ Notice of cancellation, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
