Family Tent

The Family Safari Tent is a basic camping accommodation tent in canvas. It is nestled amongst savannah shrubs and bushes of Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda that surround the lodge. Double roofed with an inner tent and grass thatching, its ventilation is optimized through the use of meshed windows and naturally breathable poly-cotton canvas that prevents the buildup of condensation inside the tent. Doors and other openings are zippered and/or velcroed to insect-proof the tent. Our unique canvas ‘walls’ are designed to roll up and let the outside in and perfectly frame the stunning savannah all around the camping grounds.

The Family Safari Tent is versatile and as such designed for complete relaxation and enjoyment; intelligently designed for above average carefree usability. It boasts of an en-suite open-air bathroom with 24-hour running hot and cold water for sinks, showers, and toilet flushing.
